Le Méridional, a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, offers a delicate, long and supple palate, with aromas of black fruits, ripe cherry and toasted notes. A red wine with character, perfect with slow-cooked meats and gourmet dishes.

Grape Varieties : 60 % Syrah – 30 % Grenache – 10 % Carignan
Nose : A beautiful deep purple colour with intense aromas of black fruits and cherries.
Palate : Very delicate and supple with a lovely long finish. You can taste the ripe cherries and enjoy the lovely toasted notes on a fresh finish.
Pairing : Pairs well with beef stew, hare stew, or mushroom risotto.
Ageing : 12 months in oak barrels.
Ageing potential : 10 years, maturity at 5 years
