Paparazzi is the ultimate summer rosé with its very light colour, fresh and fruity taste, and aromas of peach, citrus and white fruits. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany barbecues and summer dishes.

Sold in cases of 6 bottles. Assortment possible.

Grapes varieties : 35 % Grenache – 35 % Carignan – 30 % Cinsault
Colour : Very clear, with a slight pinkish tint
Nose : Fruity, white-fleshed fruits and citrus fruits
Palate : Fruity, fresh and delicious with a lovely long finish.
Pairing : Appetiser, grilled meat and vegetables, BBG prawns.
Ageing potential : 12 month
Ageing : 4 months in stainless steel vats

Tasting

When ?
To be shared as soon as the warm weather arrives, as an aperitif, at a barbecue or during a summer meal with friends.

How ?
Serve well chilled to enjoy its light colour and aromas of peach, white fruit and citrus. Its fresh, delicious and lingering taste makes it the perfect rosé for convivial meals or al fresco dining.

As heirs to a region where vines have been cultivated and wine produced for over 2,000 years, we always strive to prioritise authenticity and quality, taking advantage of today’s environmentally friendly technological innovations, while maintaining the utmost respect for traditions and the environment.

HIGH ENVIRONMENTAL VALUE

It is through our approach to sustainable viticulture, protecting fauna and flora, preserving biodiversity, and respecting the balance between wooded areas and our vineyards (grass cover between rows of vines, restoration of terraces, planting of different tree species, no herbicides, use of organic fertilisers, eco-pastoralism) that we obtained HVE (High Environmental Value) CERTIFICATION in 2019. We are going even further in reducing our carbon footprint with very light bottles, the use of eco-friendly paper for our labels and corks that have a negative carbon footprint. For the 2020 vintage, we have created a sulphur-free cuvée of which we are particularly proud.
