Arte Blanc, a blend of Rolle and Grenache Blanc, seduces with its delicate, elegant nose and aromatic palate with notes of brioche. A fresh, delicious and distinguished white wine, ideal with fish, shellfish or goat’s cheese.

Grape varieties : 50 % Rolle (Vermentino) – 50 % Grenache blanc.
Colour : Golden yellow
Nose : A very beautiful nose, delicate and elegant.
Palate : A mouthfeel that is both chiselled and textured against a savoury backdrop. The very light woodiness offers delicious notes of brioche. Very fresh finish.
Pairing : Cooked fish and shellfish, with raw milk goat’s cheese.
Ageing potential : 4 – 5 years
Ageing : 18 months in oak barrels and concrete vats

When ?
Open during a refined meal, accompanying cooked fish or shellfish. Also perfect for special occasions, or to enhance a platter of raw milk goat’s cheeses.
How ?
Serve between 10 and 12°C to appreciate its full aromatic complexity. Its elegant nose precedes a chiselled palate, combining finesse, brioche notes and a wonderfully fresh finish. Ideal with elaborate seafood dishes, or to surprise your guests during a food and cheese pairing.
